La Farraja - Cal Farrés

Cal Farrés is a nice complex that is located in the village of Calonge de Segarra. Of rustic tradition, its facade is made with the traditional elements of the area such as stone and wood. The same is what is transmitted in the interior, which also has a modern air in its furniture.

The entire complex consists of a large estate with 2 completely independent houses but sharing several common areas abroad. It is a place where tranquility predominates and where you will find the peace you are looking for.

La Farraja is one of the houses that we present to you. All rooms are distributed on one floor so it becomes accessible to everyone. Inside you will find the following:

• A kitchen al more traditional style where we highlight all the appliances modernos that have managed to integrate perfectly with the oldest furniture. Inside the cabinets there are crockery, cutlery and other accessories so you do not miss anything. A dining table and a window with views to the outside have just composed this cozy corner of the house.

• The living room has a direct access to the garden. In it you will find several sofas and armchairs that are placed in front of the fireplace y to a small piece of furniture with the TV. The decoration is very elegant and is based on light tones that create a lot of harmony.

• There is a total of 3 bedrooms repartidos by the house. All of them with double bed already equipped with games of y sheets with blankets. The decoration of each of them is very different, always within the same style in which the classic predominates. Large headboards, long curtains and furniture with very perfect finishes. You have cabinets where you can organize all your clothes.

• The bathrooms, a total of 2, are very complete. In addition to all the furniture, we leave at your disposal a series of towels for your personal hygiene.

As we have already mentioned, in the house you have a series of common areas that you can use. First, various terraces con roof, where there are tables and chairs to eat outdoors. There is also an area for a picnic area with banks and a barbcoa. And the highlight of the garden is the pool, along with the sun beds and umbrellas, which are presiding over this beautiful area of ​​the house.

Calonge de Segarra is the beautiful municipality in which we find ourselves. Located in the middle of nature, the rural charm is very present in all the surroundings. Among the most emblematic monuments we can highlight the ruins of its castle and also the beautiful church of Santa Fe de Calonge at the top of the mountain.

The city of Manresa is less than half an hour away. We recommend you to get to know part of this municipality after having enjoyed the countryside in its purest state by those around the house.

In Manresa, which is right in the center of Catalonia, you have the most important buildings that offer you very nice views of the whole place. The Collegiate Church of Santa María de la Aurora, known as La Seu, represents the Gothic art of the area and its construction began in the fourteenth century. It is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the city. The River Cardener is responsible for touring Manresa and on it we highlight his famous Old Bridge that is declared of Cultural Interest.
