Outside, as they say, the landscape is very beautiful, surrounded by trees and plants and small stone walls. In addition to this beautiful landscape, you can swim in the swimming pool with salt fenced and shared with the owners and you can have a drink in the large open terrace with armchairs.

You have at your disposal three bedrooms. The first includes a double bed which is located between two large lamps and another single bed adjoining the bedroom in a different space. This space is not too crowded as it has the bed and a stool. There is also a large wardrobe in addition to a door which leads to the master bedroom.
The bathroom of this bedroom has a walk-in shower, the WC and the basin with a mirror which carries another smaller mirror.

The second includes a modular double bed in 2 single beds which is located between two small lamps attached to the wall. Next to the bed you will find a small armchair with cushions and a large window protected by curtains. In front, a large wardrobe, and next to the wardrobe, the television above a minimalist table. On the other side, a table with a lamp and a cafeteria.

The bathroom has the same diagram as the first bedroom: a shower Italian, the WC and the sink with a mirror which carries another mirror smaller -S2XX plus door XX towel.

The third bedroom has a double bed with cushions which above has a recessed wall shelf with decorative stones. In front of the bed, you will see a large door protected by two layers of curtains. Then you have a small armchair and next to the door a office area with a cafeteria and a lamp.

And the powder room includes a walk-in shower, the WC and the sink with a mirror quite large in addition to the towel bar.

The living room is quite large too and includes a fireplace in front of the meeting area with the sofa, a few chairs and a coffee table.
In front of the living room you will see the meeting room which has a very beautiful old aesthetic.

Bardou is located in the Dordogne department and is watered by the Couzeau which takes its source there. We can cite some unmissable monuments to visit such as the Château de Bardou or the Saint-Blaise church.

Bergerac is located in the purple Périgord, on the Dordogne and it is classified city of art and history. You can visit some places like the Museum of Tobacco Anthropology or the Château de Lespinassat.

Sarlat-la-Canéda (only called Sarlat) is the capital of the Périgord noir and city medieval. It has a lot of religious and cultural history. Some monuments or places to visit may be the Château de Loubejac or the fountain Sainte-Marie.

The Dordogne Valley is classified country of art and history in its part of Lot. The whole of its watershed is classified as a biosphere reserve by UNESCO.
