La Fontana de Gredos

This house is located in the Sierra de Gredos, more specifically on the outskirts of the people of Navaluenga, less than a kilometer from the urban area, which belongs to the province of Ávila. It is an area totally immersed in the feet of the mountains of the Sierra where you can fully enjoy the nature of this environment and its views without the need to move home.

It is a house with a capacity for 40 people, distributed in 12 rooms and located on a 40,000 square meters farm. abroad, the farm has several covered porches with tables under the shadow so you can enjoy the fresco at all hours of the day without the sun bothers you. There is also a wood barbecue located very close to the entrance with a kitchen, in case you prefer to eat inside. And a great pool with many hammocks will be your best allies in the hottest days. 

Inside the house has:

• 12 rooms with different provisions and number of places. These bedrooms are tripes and quadruple, and combine marriage beds with individual beds interchangeably. Quadruple rooms also have their own bathroom. All rooms have all the necessary bedding depending on the station.

• 6 bathrooms in total, including the 4 of the quadruple rooms. 6 of these bathrooms are commonly used for the whole house and some of them are adapted for people with reduced mobility. In the bathrooms are all the towels you will need.

• cuisine of American style fully equipped, it has everything necessary to cook as well as with wide tables and chairs so that you eat all at once.

• lounge with firewood fireplace and several sofas that offers places for all. In the living room you will find various games to alleviate the most tedious times.

The house is perfect for large groups but it will never be shared with other people, even if you do not cover the number of places. The price will vary depending on the people you come. Within the farm there is space to house about 15 cars, so when you come, do it with the whole family or friends. In our house there is a place for all.
