La Garza Real

La rural house that receives the name of La Garza Real is located in a small municipality of Seville called Cazalla de la Sierra, within the Natural Park Sierra Norte de Sevilla.

It is a great house of two floors, equipped with all the necessary equipment to spend a pleasant stay, for example, between friends or several members of a large family since its maximum capacity is 12 people, in a unbeatable surroundings of nature and rustic tints.

The accommodation is distributed in several rooms:

• A large XX fireplace in the center, for which we include the wood that will heat the environment of the house in the cold season of the year. On one side there are a couple of armchairs facing each other and separated by a traditional wooden table. On the other side, a dining table with several chairs on which hangs a lamp that complements the natural light that enters through the windows scattered throughout the room. The decoration is simple since both the old brick walls and the high ceilings with the exposed beams make the house's natural decoration.

• A kitchen Which countertop makes a "U" shape, built in exposed brick, playing with the spaces that today serve for appliances and small useful classifiers of household and cutlery. It has all kinds of utensils and appliances that you can have in your kitchen, facilitating and improving your stay with us.

• 2 bathrooms: one decorated with the natural materials that are given in the construction of this housing that have been used to place, for example, the washbasin and bathtub. The other, more modern, does not preserve these walls but is very well decorated and also has a shower with column of whirlpool.

• 4 rooms, all with the same decorative line of use of natural materials both in walls and ceilings, very high indeed, and with large surfaces. One of them has a double bed of 1.5 m, which is the master bedroom and the remaining three, with 90 cm single beds with wooden elements. It is possible to increase the capacity thanks to the four extra beds that can be added in this house.

The exterior de the house is very extensive, taking advantage of its space to build a large pool with porch en we have located several sun loungers protected from the sun and many others on the outside. In addition, there are large garden areas where you will find the barbecue, ready for the enjoyment of its guests, a picnic and a small X
Right at the entrance of the house, we come across a covered porch with outdoor furniture and, in its surroundings, an organic garden from which to obtain the food that you can later taste.

Finally, a private parking y closed with capacity for several cars.

La Garza Real belongs to the rural complex Paraíso del Huéznar, within the Sevillian municipality of Cazalla de la Sierra y is located a few kilometers from the center.

For lovers of rural and natural life, it is the ideal place. Discovering nature is made easy thanks to the multiple rock formations and aquifers typically developed in the Natural Park of the Sierra Norte de Sevilla, to which it belongs.

Among these natural areas are the Cuevas de Santiago, which you can visit without leaving the municipality and which is a natural formations, occupied in Prehistory by the different hunting communities. Proof of this are some gadgets like knives that used to obtain the food.

Another of the areas, later construction than the previous ones, is the Carthusian Charterhouse, one of the most historic areas of this part of our geography since, in it, the Order of the Carthusians and the one that still remains some vestiges today.
