La Granja de Vitoria

This house is one of the most special area and was awarded in 2010 for being one of the most innovative housing Euskadi.

It is very close to Vitoria and promotes this city for years, so they can be found in the owners the information they need about the environment, the city and all that ofrece.

The house has 4 rooms:

• 2 doubles with the possibility of accommodating up to 3 people, since, in each of them, you can add an extra bed. They can have a large, double bed or a couple of single beds. These rooms also share a bathroom with all the necessary equipment.

• We have 2 very spacious suites of 30 and 35 square meters, respectively. The largest has capacity for 5 people. Inside this you can find a bathroom in whose bathtub you can enjoy the hydromassage. Also, if what you like is to enjoy beautiful views, you can do it thanks to the terrace.

As data to take into account we can choose what type of pillow queremos (latex, feathers etc.) and if we do avisáis, we offer the following amenities for bedrooms:

• If you travel with babies, for your convenience and for yours, we have cots.
• If you want to save a little thing you buy, a small refrigerator.
• If it is winter and things do not dry quickly, we have towel dryers.
• For those who have long hair and do not want to be with wet hair, we have hair dryer.

The house ofrece us very large communal spaces such as lounge, whose star is la fireplace. On the other side, is separated into 3 sections:

For those who want to relax with their favorite hobby, we have a library area, where you sit quietly to read.

For the rest, in the room you have several armchairs, where you will be very comfortable while you watch TV. X2

In the dining room area you will find a table and all its chairs.

The está kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking and appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine for long stays or oven to cook great meals. We also have other small appliances such as the toaster or the juicer for breakfast.

As for the exteriors, you can distinguish 2 gardens. These are well differentiated and you can be where you like the most, since both have the same amenities. Some of them are barbecues, in case you like to eat meat on the grill. For you to try it, you can sit on the outdoor furniture that we have. To rest you also have hammocks, armchairs, etc. And, for sports lovers, we have some baskets, to play when you feel like it.

Do not forget to stop by the vegetable garden, where we plant a great variety of vegetables, vegetables and, of course, fruit trees.
The exterior of the house is divided into two gardens, each with its barbecue, garden furniture and playground for children.

Other:
If you come in cars you will not have problems to leave them, because we have an area to leave them.

The house is located in the village of Hueto, right at the beginning of the sierra brava of Badaia, and has been surrounded by one of the largest holm oaks in Euskadi.

Its location allows us to enjoy the views of a wonderful landscape in an environment of tranquility and only a few kilometers from Vitoria, capital of Álava and worth visiting for having a extensive cultural heritage and that also adds to its attractions having been chosen " European green capital " .

Do not forget, if you feel like it, while you walk around any of the places we propose, try to have some pintxos, typical of our area. Never had eating been so varied!
