La Hiedra

The rural house is located in the province of Salamanca, in a municipality called Sotoserrano.

It is a rustic house with great presence whose stone walls support the 2 floors in which can accommodate a total of 8 guests , thus facilitating the escape to a rural environment groups amigos.

In its plot, the outdoor areas are of great importance because they have a wide extension and grow fruit trees.

As for the interior, the supplies are distributed as follows:

• A kitchen equipped in its entirety with X appliances commonly used, both small, such as the microwave or coffee maker, and large, with washing machine, refrigerator and other modern gadgets. It has furniture in which the kitchenware and cutlery that you can use while you are with us is distributed. It is a very luminous stay because, in this space, a X window opened that also provides outdoor views in which nature predominates.

• A couple of rooms: one in the floor of the house, with una wooden table with chairs and occasional sidewalk and, on the other, which operates como living room in la ground floor the rest, where you will find sofas and armchairs oriented fireplace y, on the other hand, una dining area in which a bank and several benches is distributed around the : 2 rooms differ wooden table, forming a very nice set where to eat in company. All the decoration of this part of the house has old utensils such as earthenware pots and decanters.

• 3 bathrooms complete: 1 inside one of the bedrooms principales of the house and the rest of common use. They all have showers and bathtubs and furniture where you will find the towel sets and daily hygiene products.

• 4 bedrooms doubles that are shared in: 2 of them have a double bed and, other 2, with 2 single beds. All have been decorated taking advantage of their large spaces to add bedside tables and lamps, as well as large s wardrobes where to put clothes. The decoration of the walls is very colorful because, in all of them, we have used strong colors with some other reason.

Outside of the house we have highlighted the green areas with lots of flowers and fruit trees. A barbecue in this part of the plot will make you enjoy combining gastronomy and fresh air of Castilla.

On its facade, a parking area techada can accommodate several vehicles.

Do not forget that we have pool, shared with the rest of the houses we have. If you want to use it you will have to go to the space where it is, to a little more than 5 minutes walking. This way, I'm sure that the dip feels better!

Also, do not leave your mascots at home, because here you can come with them.

Sotoserrano is the Salamanca area where the walls of our rural house are built.

It is located inside a natural spot that stars the views from the whole plot. You can see even from the windows of our rural house the peaks of the mountains that are covered with vegetation and fauna, leaving tourists to enjoy unbeatable views.

A few kilometers from Sotoserrano and, for the most adventurous tourists, there is a route that takes us to the Batuecas Valley, another of the natural areas that offers more landscape possibilities.

Another point that nature gives us in this area is La Cascada del Chorro, which is a great waterfall that descends by a very high rocky surface and that is a pleasure for the senses. To get here, several hiking trails have been enabled.
