La Huerta I

Casa La Huerta I is located in Ciudad Rodrigo, Salamanca, and is a country house with a huge estate with barbecue and pool and can accommodate 15 people .

Our house is part of a complex with other houses with which common spaces are shared.

The living room has a fireplace, television, two sofas and also has a table with chairs, this room can be used as a dining room. However, you will find another room on the top floor, with low wooden ceilings, with several sofas in which you sit down to rest.

As for the kitchen, we have 2, one of which is in the main room, separated by a bar. This first kitchen is very small and has the most basic, so if you really want to cook you will have to go to the other kitchen of the house, which has a ceramic hob, fridge, oven and microwave.

The common areas will allow you to enjoy a vast lot with lawn and trees. You have a pool, barbecue area and ping-pong table. Children will be very happy playing free on the farm.

The wonderful garden space roofed completes the space of the garden and whose roof is formed by a vine that provides a spectacular shade where to rest or eat outdoors. Under it we have tables and chairs.

Undoubtedly you must walk through Ciudad Rodrigo. The beauty of our municipality is undeniable and lies mainly in 2 aspects: the wall and the cobbled streets. The perfectly preserved wall dates back to the 18th century and gives the historic complex a marked medieval character. If you get lost in its streets, you will not regret discovering its corners, but you must necessarily go through the Plaza Mayor or the Town Hall.

Very good option is also to get up to Salamanca. It is a city full of sites of great interest and that deserve a visit, such as the New Cathedral, the Anaya Square, the House of the Shells, the San Esteban Convent, the Palacio de Monterrey, University of Salamanca or Church of the Holy Spirit The Clergy.
