In the beautiful Council of Llanes, belonging to the Principality of Asturias, a town of great population that knows how to maintain the peace of mind and pause that is needed for a high quality of life and that we look so much in our getaways, as well as a natural environment of great beauty around it.
The facade, of a single plant, is built in discovered stone with mustard yellow details, with wooden beams and columns and with a roof to 2 waters, being a typical construction of the area.
The little house is surrounded by a large plot covered by lawn, having to enjoy it a terrace and a porch, both furnished, in which to sit down to taste the wonderful meals you prepare in our barbecue.

- A lounge with several sofas and hammocks in cream tones, which perfectly combine with the yellow pastel of the walls and the wood of furniture and ornamental details, all of them located in front of a large chimney, built in brick, and the windows, from which great views are seen.
- A large cuisine, talled blank and with the cream tone of the rest of the house that stands out next to the bare brick and wooden beams. It is fully equipped with all appliances and has an area for office.
- 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a marriage bed, all of them having the same decorative line as the rest of the house.
- 2 full bathrooms and in perfect condition, with all possible extras and large showers.

We propose to walk through our streets while observing the different architectural structures, such as the palace of the Dukes of Estrada, dated in the seventeenth century, or the palace of El Cercado. Many of these buildings are considered as monumental set of the Villa de Llanes, having at most example the basilica of Santa María del Council.
