Regarding the capacity of the accommodation, it can accommodate a maximum of 10 people who will find distributed on the different floors of its 160 square meters, the following rooms:
- A relaxation area comprising two communicating rooms. One has several armchairs where you can enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace, while the other houses a piece of furniture with a plasma screen television, so you can watch your favorite programs.
- A dining room spacious and bright thanks to several large windows, with a dining room table in the center, surrounded by white chairs where you can sit down to spend a pleasant evening.
- A large kitchen with an elongated worktop and a stone sink in the center. Below the worktop, there are gray cupboards containing various kitchen utensils as well as household appliances for cooking like at home.
- 4 large bedrooms, distributed as follows: one on the ground floor with two single beds which can be combined into one double bed ; the other three bedrooms upstairs, one with a bunk bed and a trundle bed, the second with two single beds as a trundle bed, and the last with a large double bed.
- 1 bathroom and 1 complete bathroom, with various daily equipment, such as sanitary facilities and sets of towels.
