La Molineta - La Piora

In an isolated complex in the municipality of Guaro, at the entrance of natural park Sierra de las Nieves (Malaga), we find this adorable 2-storey house, next to many others that share isolation in this farm of 10 hectares of extension, close despite everything to the most attractive points of the interior of Malaga.

On the lower floor, just across the entrance door, is the central stay that collects the lounge area, with a large fireplace and LCD television, and dining area, with enough table and chairs for 6 people; the whole house has heating, and this room in particular also incorporates a ceiling fan, for the warmer days. There is also connection to internet by wifi, to avoid the total disconnection and provide another valuable service to the house.

From this room, and through the bottom window, you will pass the outdoor patio, exclusive for the guests of this house, which has a barbecue, table and chairs, plus a nice parterre to give atmosphere, which results all this in an excellent option to enjoy the outside air without giving up intimacy.

In the kitchen, in a room attached to the dining room, you will find all the necessary utensils for cooking and that you never miss a good homemade meal during the stay: microwave, ceramic hob and fridge freezer, in addition to the crockery and basic cutlery.

Of the available house, the bottom floor has a shower, while the upper has a bathtub, so that there are no shortage The two have, in spite of this difference, towels available in their towel racks.

The property offers parking spaces a guests in its premises, of wide extension. It also has a laundry, which supplies the lack of washing machines in the houses, and thus avoids the discomfort of dirty clothes, especially during long stays. Both the terrace and the gardens have an excellent panoramic of the mountains of the mountain, and also offer seats from which to enjoy them. The natural park of Sierra de las Nieves offers a multitude of outdoor activities, but just go through it and contemplate its caves and the local fauna and flora and deserve the short trip from the house.

For the sun and beach tourism enthusiasts, Marbella and Malaga are half an hour's journey, so it is not out of the reach of the guest to go to the beach and then return to the resort's rest, without worrying about the bustle of the city.
