La Nena

This rural house is located in a small Girona municipality, located in the middle of a vast rural territory and surrounded by natural landscapes and valleys, allowing guests to enjoy a few days away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is a large Catalan farmhouse that is divided into 3 accommodations and this one has the capacity to accommodate 7 people.

The house is distributed in 2 floors and despite the remodeling it retains its old structure built with stone and wood. On the ground floor we find a charming hall from which you can access all the rooms of the house. It has a spacious open-plan space decorated with colored walls and wooden beam ceilings in which the dining room, the kitchen and the living room merge, integrating a unique and cozy room.

It has a rest area in which 2 sofas are arranged, a rustic furniture with television and a fireplace in the corner that brings warmth to this entire area during the coldest days. In the middle is the dining room, which consists of a table with capacity for 8 people.

In addition, the house has a fully equipped kitchen with green tiles and wooden furniture. Guests will be able to enjoy complete comfort thanks to the high-end appliances that are put at their service.
The accommodation houses 2 complete bathrooms inside, one of them is located on this ground floor and has a shower tray, while the other is on the upper floor and has a large bathtub.
On the first floor are distributed the 3 rooms, one of them triple with 3 single beds to its credit, another double with 2 small beds and, finally, another double bed with double bed. The double bedroom preserves the original stone of the house on one of its walls, while the other two have a warmer decoration with walls in orange tones. All rooms have their corresponding bedding and different rustic wooden furniture.
One of the things that makes this rural complex more attractive is its c number of outdoor common spaces shared by the 3 houses. It consists of a large outdoor patio with uncovered pool and hammocks for sunbathing, as well as a barbecue. Around the houses you can enjoy a private forest where you can connect with nature. In it we find another barbecue with stone picnic area where you can enjoy an outdoor barbecue and an area dedicated to leisure consisting of baskets of basketball, soccer field, ping-pong table ping-pong table pong y playground with slide and swings.

We locate this accommodation in a unique enclave in the interior of Catalonia. Guests will be able to enjoy magnificent natural landscapes, such as the pond so characteristic of Banyoles or the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà Natural Park, where you can see a large number of animal species.
If you opt for a more coastal destination, it is advisable to visit some key places of Costa Brava, such as Cadaqués, a small town of white houses surrounded by wonderful beaches or Empuriabrava, a charming municipality characteristic for its multitude of aquatic channels that cross the city.
It is worth highlighting some towns around Vilavenut, such as Bàscara or Besalú, where their old and historical architectural constructions stand out. It is also advisable to visit some of the main cities in the area, such as Girona or Figueras, where the Museum Dalí is located.
