La Nina

This rural house is located in the small Girona municipality de Vilavenut. Its privileged location allows guests to rest in a quiet and relaxing environment in a very cozy house. The complex to which the accommodation belongs was originally a farmhouse dating from the XIX century, so it maintains its rustic elements, such as stone walls or wooden ceilings. It has space to accommodate 7 people.

It is distributed in 2 floors, like its namesakes, and has in the first place a large open room in which the living room, the dining room and the kitchen converge. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas and a TV. Next to it is a space dedicated to the dining room, in which there is a round wooden table with capacity for 4 diners, an old kitchen that remains as a decorative motif and a fireplace embedded in the wall that provides warmth to the room.

Finally, this open space integrates a fully equipped kitchen. It has wooden furniture, a window that provides light, views of the surroundings, and different appliances that contribute to the comfort of guests, such as a dishwasher, an oven, a ceramic hob or a refrigerator, among others.

The house houses 2 complete bathrooms , one of them is located on this ground floor and has a shower, while the other is on the upper floor and has a bathroom with a curtain.

On this same floor the 3 rooms are distributed. One of them is triple and it has 3 single beds, the other is double with 2 small beds and the last one is also double but with a double bed. All the bedrooms preserve the original stone of the house on one of their walls and the rest of the walls are painted in warm tones, which gives it a calm appearance. Complete this first floor and, therefore, the accommodation, a second room de , living room with sofa.

In the exterior , the complex offers users a series of common spaces in which to spend leisure time. It has an outdoor patio where we place a large outdoor pool with hammocks for sunbathing and a barbecue to enjoy a barbecue in the open air.

It also has a private forest where we find another large barbecue with stone picnic area where you can enjoy an evening surrounded by nature. There are several spaces for the youngest, such as a soccer field, basketball hoops, ping-pong table, sand field and a park with swings and a slide.
