La Peguera de Gredos

Our rural house is located in the town of Burgohondo (Ávila). It is the ideal place for work meetings or celebrations with a large group of friends since it has capacity of between 18 and 30 people .

It is a house of 300 m2 distributed in a single floor , in order to facilitate the access to people with reduced mobility. For its full autonomy and comfort, the house is free of any architectural barrier that could bother you.
The stays are divided as follows:

• A kitchen of 30 square meters, with all appliances such as industrial hob, refrigerator and oven. All the utensils are integrated in this space so that it is much easier to take out your favorite dishes.

• On the other hand, it also has a dining room where, in its 80 square meters , the 2 parts are differentiated by decoration; the first of them is equipped with fireplace and a complete collection of games as well as books , which is separated from the dining room through a screen. Said dining room is very large, with a variety of tables and chairs available, perfect for you to taste what you have cooked in the previous room. From this area there is direct access to the porch.

• 8 bedrooms with different capacities, from doubles to quadruple, each of these with own bathroom that has a column of hydromassage. In addition, one is specially built to accommodate a person with reduced mobility and its own bathroom is also adapted. As information to take into account, all of them are exterior , so you can admire the landscapes that slip through the windows and that are starred by the Sierra de Gredos and the Alberche valley.

The exterior consists of a large porch of approximately 40 square meters , with views of the natural surroundings, where we find more wicker tables and chairs to be able to enjoy nature and the peace that the landscape offers us. But not only this, you can also sit down to taste what you cook on their barbecue , thus enjoying a meal outdoors.
The accommodation is part of a private farm of 800 m2 in which there are installed a basketball basket and a volleyball net, to enjoy with friends, you can also play soccer.

The pool will be a perfect place for the whole family to entertain, without the little ones being in danger since it is fenced . It has an area of ​​ 10x4 meters and is salt water, in case you miss the sea.
It also has a space of private parking inside the farm and a small playground for children with swings and slides .

So many meters of private farm are also ideal for the pets that are admitted in our house. They will run and have almost as much fun, or more, than the rest of the guests.

The rural house is located just 3 km from the center of Burgohondo and 4 km from Navaluenga .

It is located in the valley of the Alberche river where you can bathe and enjoy its natural beaches .

In addition, the house offers us views of the Sierra de Gredos and it is also located only 40 minutes from the city of Ávila , where you can visit its famous wall and taste the roasted tostón or the buds of Santa Teresa.
