La Posada de Caseres

The house that we now show you is a good tourist accommodation in the center of Caseres, in Terra Alta (region of the province of Tarragona).
There is a total of 2 accommodations, which are distributed with capacities for 6 and 4 places, the residence has 3 wonderful floors with all services.

Completely renovated in 2000, the ground floor still preserves a barn from the time of the house built at the beginning of the 19th century. XX and another large space where firewood is stored that can also be used as a storage room to store bicycles or other large belongings of guests. A differentiating value of the house is that on this floor there is also a wonderful winery with oak barrels and a lot of wine. The light aroma of wine in the house is unmistakable.

The house stands out for having a long balcony that surpasses the other houses on Calle Mayor.

The first floor houses the dining room and living room with a wood-burning brazier, a fully equipped kitchen with freezer, refrigerator, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and toaster, among other elements. On this floor there is also 1 large double bedroom and 1 bathroom with a bathtub.

The second floor is made up of another room, triple this time, with its own shower room, and 1 more room prepared for the washing machine and the iron. This apartment also has 1 fabulous terrace.

Terra Alta is a first-class historical enclave where you can visit both museums and symbolic sites of the Battle of the Ebro. In addition, the towns in the area, such as Batea or Arnes, have beautiful old towns of medieval origin.

Another value of the region is its wine tradition. There are numerous wineries such as Gandesa or Pinell de Vrai that you can visit whenever you wish.

On the other hand, 7 kilometers away, you will find another wonder that corresponds to the province of Teruel: El Matarraña. It is a region with great cultural wealth that is preserved in some of its towns, such as Calaceite or Valderobles.
