La Quintana del Gallo II

In Terienzo, Asturian neighborhood belonging to the municipality of Selorio, is this traditional Asturian farmhouse.

Making reference to its name, it is a peasant farm formed by different communicated dependencies. The farm is surrounded by green and its most representative logo is the hórreo. After years in disuse we decided to rehabilitate it and destine it to the leisure and rest of those who look for natural experiences in the north.

In its transformation process it has been wanted to maintain its original structure, giving prominence to the stone of its facade and to the wooden beams that decorate the ceilings. In spite of this your stays are warm and are provided with everything that we use in our daily life.

With a capacity for 5 people, the house is the perfect option for families with children, because it is surrounded by a large area of ​​land in which the leisure possibilities are diverse.

The exterior door leads us along a paved road towards the front of the house. A wide extension of grass, palm trees and other plantations that decorate the entrance and in which there is space to park one or several cars.

is divided into 2 heights. On the ground floor there is the kitchen and the living room, rooms communicated as there are no partitions between them. Its stone and brick walls together with the sofas and the furniture of the room contribute to a greater harmony of it. Complete the room one of the bathrooms equipped with shower tray.

The farm of La Quintana is located in one of the protected areas of Asturias, the Ría de Villaviciosa.

The Playa de Rodiles also belongs to this place, an extension of sand and water surrounded by a pine forest where it is possible to spend the day and have lunch in the picnic area.
