La Rovira

The Rural House is an accommodation located in the Barcelona municipality of Sagàs, in the Bergueda region.

This rural accommodation has capacity for 13 people distributed in 5 double rooms y a triple room.

This masonry is an old farmhouse away from the hustle and bustle. The façade respects the traditional characteristics of Catalan farmhouses, with stone being the main protagonist of its walls.

Outside we have a large garden where we can enjoy the landscape of the Bergueda region. We have a large pool to cool off in the hot season. We also put at your disposal a wood and stone porch with barbecue where you can gather around the embers.

• The kitchen is American style, fully equipped with the usual appliances, where wood is present in furniture, windows and beams.

• The living room has comfortable armchairs and a fireplace where you can gather around the fire.

• It has 4 full bathrooms to share among the tenants of the house.

• The rooms are double, very spacious, with carved wood decoration. There is a triple room, with the possibility of increasing its capacity with an extra bed, with a sloping ceiling. One of the 5 double rooms instead of having a double bed, has 2 single beds.

It has an interior patio for the enjoyment of the little ones, equipped with a ping-pong table and a basket to play basketball. La Rovira seems like a family accommodation where we can enjoy the tranquility and nature, as well as its pool .

To cook outdoors there is a barbecue available, but just in case the weather is not entirely right, it is covered.

In the town of Sagàs, remains of tools have been found that show that the area was already inhabited in the Neolithic era.

In the town we can visit its Romanesque style Church, dating from the 10th century. From the same period we can also visit another Church.

If we want to enjoy nature, Sagàs is located between boulevards and surrounded by native vegetation such as oak where we can enjoy pleasant walks. It is a town that is crossed by mountains, and that marks the limit between the Marlés and Llobregat valleys.

A little over 15 minutes away is Berga, a capital that is home to numerous architectural constructions, most of which are religious in nature. In addition, there are several museums built there that contain a great artistic heritage.
