It's a nice and cozy house en Tías, a town in Las Palmas just over 10 minutes from Arrecife .

The farm measures 1000 square meters and is in a very quiet area and can accommodate 4 people para distributed in 2 bedrooms.

The room comes with a perfectly dressed bed and a set of pillows and cushions included. The room is decorated with a rustic touch but at the same time very careful. The walls are adorned with paintings and other rural elements. It also has a wood dining table with capacity for 4 comenSales. Our customers can enjoy the TV with DVD or video included, the stereo and a collection of games. It also has WIFI zone.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including the microwave, ceramic hob, hood, refrigerator and coffee maker. We also have laundry service, free for stays longer than a week, and canguro.
The bathroom also comes complete. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including towel set for guests.

On the outside of the house there is a large garden with garden. The whole space has elements of security so that everyone can enjoy without problems. We have a fenced pool with security key from which you can see wonderful views of the town and the sea. Next we have a complete barbecue.
The entire garden is decorated with typical elements of the area and the floor has that dark color characteristic of the island's grounds. We have loungers and a table on the terrace where you can eat on the warm days of the island, all underneath a coquette cabin de madera.

The house is located at Tías, a town southeast of the island of Lanzarote with about 20,000 inhabitants.

The town is on a series of hillsides which are presided by the Church Our Lady of Candelaria. The town is very striking thanks to the fact that the houses in the center are unpolluted white. From the airport Lanzarote to the house are just over 10 minutes.

Puerto del Carmen is located 10 minutes by car from the house, there you have kilometers of beach and plenty of gastronomic offer. Also Puerto Calero, a town where you can enjoy boat trips, and Playa Quemada, with its dark sand, are within walking distance.

If yours are exotic environments, the Timanfaya National Park is located about 20 minutes from the house. It is a volcanic origin park and its last eruption was in 1824. You can visit the numerous volcanoes, some of the most popular are Cracked Mountain, Mountain of Fire or Caldera del Calzoncillo.
