Our house is waiting for you in the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León, more specifically in the village of Traspinedo, in the province of Valladolid. Add to its own characteristics the beauty of a natural environment without equal and the tranquility that brings its small population, getting an experience of 10 for those who visit us.

The facade de the house, of 2 floors, is decorated in pastel yellow with details of low walls and sills in bare stone and bare brick. As an outdoor area we have a large patio with an area with construction barbecue under a roof, to be able to take advantage of it even on bad days.

The capacity of the house is maximum of 6 people, so inside we find the following rooms and features:

• A room large size decorated in mustard tone with exposed stone wall and wooden details, such as the ceiling beams, which give a X2 very cozy atmosphere. It has several sofas and wicker seats surrounding a chimney de large size.

• An area of ​​ dining inside the room, with 2 tables and seats in wood and accompanied by furniture exhibitores.

• A fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances necessary and utensils so you can prepare your best dishes. It is decorated in wood and furniture in sky blue, with open to the lounge area by several bare brick arches.

• 3 double bedrooms with single beds, having a simple decoration with walls in smoked colors and the furniture necessary to be able to unpack your luggage.

• 2 bathrooms complete and in perfect condition, having both large bathtubs with screens and the towel sets required. Each one is on one floor of the house.

• A roof with wooden ceilings and with skylight, converted into a relax or reading room, with a natural light that invites relaxation.

Traspinedo is a small village belonging to the province of Valladolid, within the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León, which has a population of 1100 inhabitants, which provides an unequaled tranquility and rest, which make the experience of those who visit us something wonderful.

Within the town itself you can walk through our streets and squares observing the typical architecture, soaking up our culture and tasting our exquisite gastronomy, until you get to the Church dedicated to San Martín. We also advise you to visit the nearby towns of Peñafiel and Valladolid, both of a spectacular beauty.

For nature lovers, we are very close to the River Duero, being able to walk along its banks while you breathe fresh air and observe the wild nature. Also, if you do not mind to take the car a little further, we are at a distance from the Riaza River Sickles Nature Park .
