La Vallombreuse - La Tour

We are at Menthon St Bernard in the department of Haute-Savoie.
Our accommodation is unearthed in a heavenly corner between hill and mountain.

We invite you to our charming accommodation surrounded by beauty and nature. It has views of the castle and is located near Annecy .

It is a suite-apartment made to accommodate from 4 to 5 people in a space composed of 3 floors, independent of a large rural house. This small apartment is a former vertical attic.

Its interior is spacious and very comfortable, it is decorated with charm and elegance. There is a large living room with:

• 2 leather sofas,
• a coffee table
• and a piano for music lovers.

The small kitchen on the side is arranged so that you can cook everything you want very comfortably.
The cottage contains 2 very spacious bedrooms, each on one floor and with its own bathroom .
A double bedroom on the ground floor of 21.5 m2, it contains:

• 2 twin beds of 90
• a rest and work area with a desk and an armchair,
• a television.
• and a large bathroom with all toiletries and a bathtub.

The 2nd bedroom is 29 m2,, it has room for 2 to 3 people and consists of:

• a large double bed of 180
• a single bed of 80.
• a rest area with an armchair and a desk.
• A large bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet

You can still have two living rooms on the ground floor and the vast living room and dining room in the attic equipped with a large fireplace.
Enjoy the outdoor spaces and put your deckchair in front of the colorful landscapes. Breathe deeply in the pure air of Haute-Savoie and forget about worries with the caresses of the scented zephyr.

The Haute-Savoie in eastern France is a department rich in history and beauty. It keeps magnificent castles and historical sites of the XVIth century.
It is located at the Swiss border and contains memorable nature and landscapes.

By staying in our rural lodging you have the possibility of practicing several tourist and sporting activities, thanks to the diversity and the large choice of leisure activities of the area.
Visit the most important monuments like the Château de Menthon-Saint-Bernard and take a guided tour to learn about its history.
The port of Menthon presents a large number of restaurants and offers long walks or boat trips.

We are very close to Lake Annecy on the edge of which we can appreciate the Regional Natural Park of the Bauges massif, a natural heritage which presents an enormous biological diversity, it is a pleasure for the eyes.
In the area, there are several hiking trails or by bike for long tours of beauty and authentic nature.
