La Venta Los Probes

This old stone farmhouse is located in the Asturian council of Llanes, specifically in a charming village, next to Pueblo Nuevo.

With more than a hundred years old, this traditional Asturian construction has been fully restored. In the process it was decided to respect the environment and integrate it as a living part of the house. Hence, it has a large garden, with plants and outdoor equipment perfect for barbecues. A special place to contemplate from its benches one of the most characteristic elements of the region that gives our accommodation personality: the hórreo.

At the entrance we are greeted by a porch with a wicker table and chairs from which to contemplate the surroundings of the house where the green meadows predominate. The balcony or corridor decorated with flowerpots that stretches along the façade draws attention.

Its rooms are distributed between 2 floors:

On the ground floor is the kitchen, with a round dining table and an American bar with stools that separate the room from the living room. You could not miss the fireplace, nor a small corner next to the stairs, perfect for moments of relaxation and reading. Here you can also find a bathroom.

The three bedrooms (two with single beds and one with a double bed, more elegant) and the second bathroom are located on the first floor. Cozy rooms in which wood has been used on the floors and ceiling, as well as in the decoration and furniture. All of them have a television and the largest one has a bathroom inside.

For the greater safety of our guests, the rural house has a small first-aid kit for emergencies.

In addition, the stable and the chicken coop are located next to the house and this allows visitors to participate in the tasks of caring for and maintaining the farm.

We are pleased to inform you that the Principality of Asturias has awarded our country house the highest category: three triskeles.

This accommodation is located in a natural environment, overlooking the valley of Ardisana which is bathed by the river San Miguel, where it is possible to fish for trout in season.

If the municipality has maintained something, it is the now reformed bowling alley, where they can learn from the veterans one of the traditional games of Asturias.

The situation of the house allows tourists to take a complete tour of the coastal and inland areas. The closest beach is just 5 kilometers away. It is the same distance as the Natural Park of the Picos de Europa.
