La Vieja Parra

La Puerta del Segura is the Jaén municipality where this beautiful holiday home is located. An accommodation designed for the rest and entertainment of large groups, since its interior has the capacity to house 9 people. Its rooms are distributed in 2 floors, being warm and cozy corners thanks to the central heating.

The living room is spacious and bright. It has comfortable sofas and an extendable table ideal for large visits. In it, there is room for reading thanks to its small library.

The kitchen is another practical space in the house. It has a pantry to store food, as well as a griddle to prepare the healthiest dishes. Each floor has a bathroom for the convenience of visitors. White, Blue, Pink and Green are the names by which the 4 rooms of the house are designated. Colourful, bright, large in size and with an artisanal style visible in the decoration.

The rear part houses a beautiful white patio where you can prepare barbecues or rest in the shade of the vines. At the end of the patio is the favorite corner of the little ones: a room with table football, dartboard and multiple board games that will keep them entertained.

The house is part of the Natural Park of the Sierra del Segura, which makes it the perfect destination to get to know the park and the different villages that make it up.

The River Guadalimar runs through the center of Puerta de Segura making pleasant walks along the shore. If we talk about tradition, the table cannot miss a good plate of migas accompanied by a pipirrana and some pestiños that will add a sweet touch.

Of great beauty are the waterfalls that form at the source of the Mundo river. Just as beautiful are the Renaissance cities of Úbeda and Baeza.
