La Villa Rural

We find this complex in Castilblanco de los Arroyos, in Seville, in a place nestled between trees and orchards. Its rustic style, carved in stone, wood and old tile, matches the environment and blends in among the groves like a set of country houses.
On the farm of 7000 square meters stand 6 independent rural houses, named after native herbs, each with a constructed area of ​​ 90 square meters on 2 levels. They are charming houses, with a private terrace and many services that will leave the guest more than satisfied.
Each house can accommodate up to 7 people, divided into 3 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and one in the attic. The bedrooms on the ground floor are doubles, 1 with single beds and 1 with double beds; the one in the attic is triple, with 3 single beds.
On the ground floor we also have the main room, where the living room and its fireplace monopolize all the attention as soon as you enter the house. There is also a flat screen TV, and two sofas. The dining area is made up of a wooden table and a set of 6 chairs.
The kitchen is located at one end of the room, on the corner. In it we will find everything we need to cook homemade and family dishes while we stay at home. It also has a washing machine.

The shared bathroom is discreet and simple, with a shower tray. The house has a air conditioning and heating machine in the rooms.
Outside the house we have a private terrace with a picnic table and barbecue of brick and stone.
In addition to the houses, the enclosure has a series of common facilities, among which the bar-restaurant stands out. It is an establishment specialized in traditional dishes, spoon and game meat, all cooked over low heat and always using local products. In their dining room they have space for 40 diners, and the center of attention is the huge wood fireplace, which makes this a homely and familiar place with its cheerful fire.
At the entrance of the enclosure we have a parking area o, so as not to leave the vehicles to their fate anywhere. Between the houses there are landscaped green spaces with trees, in the center of which we find the fenced pool, surrounded by sun loungers, very attractive on hotter days.

The environment that surrounds the Villa is populated with trees and country houses. A half kilometer is Castilblanco de los Arroyos, a town at the foot of Sierra Morena. It is a crossroads of the Camino de Santiago routes, and in its church of the Divine Savior it keeps beautiful paintings and sculptures that are much loved in the locality. Also here is a monument to Cervantes, which placed the action of one of his works in this town.

The Parque Natural de Sierra del Norte, a short distance from the accommodation, is a reserve full of meadows and beautiful landscapes where rivers and streams excavate magnificent basins. Of special interest is the Cerro del Hierro, an ancient Roman mining operation, currently criss-crossed by climbing and hiking routes.
The many villages in the valley are home to a great architectural and artistic heritage, dating back to the Neolithic period and passing through the Romans and the Arabs. Such are Constantina and Cazalla de la Sierra, and the region of the Vega del Guadalquivir.

Half an hour away you will find Sevilla, the capital of the province and of Andalusia, and the most populated city of this. It has a very extensive old town with great historical and monumental heritage, among whose most representative monuments are the Alcázar, the Giralda and the Archivo de Indias, declared the three World Heritage Sites.
