It is a recently built home in which you will be able to stay with your loved ones, enjoying rooms for all tastes and with all kinds of elements that will make you have a unique vacation.

It is a recently built home in which you will be able to stay with your loved ones, enjoying rooms for all tastes and with all kinds of elements that will make you have a unique vacation.
As for the capacity of the house, it is for between 10 and 13 people, who will be able to enjoy the following stays that we detail below:
- A very large dining room of 80 square meters, in which there is space for everyone to eat together thanks to the table in the center, very large, and the auxiliary tables on the side. In front of the table we have a pantry and after the dining room, we have the living room area, with a rest space made up of several relaxation armchairs that look towards the 75" plasma television that is right in front.
- A second room, dedicated completely to leisure in which we have armchairs in front of another television, a large dining table and games such as pingpong or table football so that you can enjoy tournaments all together.
- A bright kitchen with glazed door to access to the exterior patio. Inside, we have a pair of countertops facing each other in black with white cabinets that contrast and where you will find all kinds of appliances as well as different elements of the kitchenware with which you can cook like at home. If you prefer not to cook, you can order from us some of our paellas, a cooked or some porridge, for example.
- 2 bathrooms for common use on the main floor, one of them adapted for people with reduced mobility and where we will leave you several sets of towels. X
- To rest, we have a total of 5 spacious rooms, each of them with the name of a floor and equipped so that 3 of them have a large double bed, while in the there are 2 rooms that are left, we have a couple of single beds, with extra sheets and blankets. Each of the rooms has a plasma television, a desk and even a private bathroom. X
- Furthermore, if you don't want to lose shape, in this house you will find a area dedicated to sports, with a lot of gym machines so you can exercise even on vacation.
Now in the exterior, you will be able to enjoy the following spaces:
- A large patio, equipped with a table in the center and a barbecue so you can cook and eat outdoors in good weather.
- A chill out space with armchairs and solarium area where you can enjoy sunbathing or simply chatting.
- A modern swimming pool will be the main oasis of the house in the summer season, where you can take pleasant baths.
