This country house is located in the village of Viscarret-Guerendiain, a small town in Navarre located in the countryside to enjoy the peace and tranquility provided by a rural environment. It is a modern building of recent construction but that respects the traditional architecture and style of the area.

Located on the ground floor of the building this house has capacity for 6 people and is distributed in the following rooms:

• 3 double rooms, one of them furnished with double bed and the other 2 with 2 single beds.

• 2 bathrooms completely equipped, one with shower tray, which are located in the hallway and serve the 3 rooms.

• Una kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and appliances so that the stay in the house is pleasant and cooking is not a problem.

• A living-dining room furnished with comfortable sofas arranged around a television to watch movies sheltered from the fireplace.

• A garden that has direct access from the living room that is furnished with outdoor tables and chairs to enjoy magnificent grills cooked in the barbecue.

• Balconies in all bedrooms to enjoy the views of the environment at any time of the day.

Bizkarreta-Gerendiain en in Basque and Viscarret-Guerendiain in Spanish, is a town of about 100 inhabitants located in Navarra, more specifically in the Sangüesa neighborhood and very close to this city. Sangüesa is a medieval city located on the banks of the Aragón River and has been declared a Site of Cultural Interest due to the large amount of historical and artistic heritage found between its streets.

One of these historic buildings is the Palace of the Kings of Navarre, a medieval building that served as both residence and fortification and was used to host the invading troops after the conquest of the Kingdom of Navarre by the Castilla. At the moment the defensive wing with its crenellated towers is conserved.

Another piece of heritage that can be found in this city is the tower watch museum, which exposes a series of machinery dating from the eighteenth to the twentieth century that belonged to clocks placed in church towers or town halls. In this same room you can also see an exhibition of paintings from the old Colegio de Lecároz, as well as canvases donated by the Academy of Fine Arts of Madrid.
