Le Mas des Roches - Gîte Capucine

We are in the commune Labastide-de-Virac. It is a small area with 220 inhabitants in the department of Ardèche in the south-east of France.
Our rural accommodation is located in a large estate, made up of 9 charming lodgings, classified 3 ears gîtes de France. It is made of a wooded and shaded lot which has a heated swimming pool and play and amusement areas.

The house has an area of ​​ 53m² distributed on a private outdoor space and an interior.

The exterior contains a spacious terrace covered, furnished with a table and chairs. This space invites you to enjoy delicious meals in a calm and pleasant environment. Le private garden is equipped with 2 sun loungers and a barbecue.

The interior is welcoming and bright. It contains:

• a dining area with a large table and chairs
• An elegant living room that makes the corner with 2 large very comfortable armchairs for sitting or lying down, a coffee table and a television.
• The kitchen makes the corner in beauty and color. It is fully equipped and pleasant to use.
• A beautiful bedroom invites you to relax as a couple. It has a good quality double bed, 2 nightstands and a wardrobe. The sheets are clean and changed the morning of your arrival.
• Another double bedroom is available with 2 twin beds in a cheerful and colorful space.
• A bathroom with shower and all the necessary accessories are available. The toilets are independent.
