We are located in the south-east of France in the department of Ardèche, abundant in nature and beauty. It is also characterized by its calm and authenticity thanks to its villages of character.
Our charming accommodation is located in the countryside of a small town of 220 inhabitants. Here you will enjoy a stay full of peace and tranquility, in a corner lost in the middle of nature.

Our lodging is located in a village of lodging classified 3 ears lodgings of France. In the area there are 9 rural houses in an authentic wooded land with a large panoramic swimming pool with a large terrace with deckchairs and parasols.

The house is large, 52m² with a capacity of 5 people. The exterior consists of:

• a private garden bordered with trees and plants and equipped with deckchairs and a barbecue.
• Before entering the house there is a large L-shaped terrace furnished with a table and chairs. This corner is perfect for a meal with your friends in the open air and in front of the surrounding nature.

The interior is pleasant and welcoming, it has a neat decoration that invites comfort and a smile.
Rest in the living room in front of the fireplace, lying on the sofa. The TV opposite will accompany your relaxing afternoons with TV shows. A large dining table and chairs will welcome your sumptuous group meals with traditional flavors with local products. A kitchenette builds a pleasant space, very comfortable and completely equipped for the most demanding of your dishes.
2 double bedrooms are available and perfectly furnished. One contains 1 double bed and the other 2 twin beds.
Their windows overlook the garden and trees.
A bathroom with a shower is equipped with all the necessary toilet accessories, and the WC is separate.

Enjoy a wonderful stay in our spaces and have a picnic in a corner of the estate. There are several shaded spaces perfect for spending a moment harmonious with the environment.

The department of Ardèche is rich in nature and culture, it constitutes a point of convergence for lovers of outdoor sports and calm in the heart of nature.It is also known for the number of historical sites which it contains and its villages of character.

• The incredible Païolive wood, classified as a sensitive natural area, contains strange shapes of carved rocks. It is part of the municipality of Vans and Banne.
• The Pont d'Arc is located 5 km from the accommodation and Vallon Pont d´Arc.
  It is a magnificent bridge at an altitude of 60m which passes over the Ardèche river, it gives an incredible panoramic view of the Ardèche gorges.
  It is also classified UNESCO World Heritage and nicknamed the Cradle of Humanity.
  Visit this wonder and discover the incredible cave decorated with the Arc Bridge.
