The rural accommodation is in the population of Girona Joanet, out of all hustle and framed in an environment with great natural presence thanks to the Natural Park of Montsey, within our term.

This location, added to a complete quipamiento of the housing, make this the perfect option for those who want to get out of the routine and disconnect from the world for a few days.

You can do it here a maximum of 9 people. Although if you are more do not worry, because we have other 2 accommodations, in the same place. Together we can accommodate a total of 27 guests in them.

The rooms are divided as follows:

• A living room which is accessed directly from the outside. We see in it the original materials with which the house was built, walls of stone and brick, next to wooden ceilings that are combined with a imposing fireplace that will not want to leave there during the winter. Opposite this, a wooden side table in light tones, a 3-seater sofa and 2 individual armchairs. And also, television.

• A kitchen and dining room where it is accessed through the previous stay. All the equipment of the same is distributed in a single front where we will find under a countertop the furniture where are the different utensils for cooking and the crockery. It is mixed with household appliances, among which there are for example dishwasher, 4-burner plate or microwave. After this, the table where you will sit to taste the recipes prepared.

• 3 rooms in which will be able to sleep generally 8 people. For this they are distributed in 1 double with separate beds and 2 triple, with double bed and single bed in each of them. We complete the capacity of the accommodation thanks to an extra bed that you will accommodate wherever you are most comfortable. These rooms are impregnated by wood in walls and ceilings. They have bedding, and more than enough space for you to keep your personal belongings.

• 2 bathrooms perfectly conditioned and that follow the rural style and at the same time modern of the accommodation. There we find a shower, all the other toilets and the towels that correspond to you.

There is a room annex a the rural housing that you can use for what you want. In case you lack space in the house or if you want to make celebrations with more people. In it you will find a large dining table, for about 10-12 diners, in front of a cabinet where there is a sink. And after this several sofas in front of a fireplace more modern and discreet than that of the house, television and stereo.

Outside there is also space for you to prepare meals on the barbecue and take them outdoors, with a picnic table for it. And shared with the other houses of the complex, a pool with large expanses of lawn where you can sunbathe.

The rural house that we present to you is framed in a environment eminently natural, because the territory is part of a well-known Natural Park and claim of many tourists, the Montsey. The tranquility provided by this nature is enhanced by the fact that in the town of Joanet the population is around 50 inhabitants.

There is a ethnological museum very close to de where we are, and next to it a center where you will be able to report on the diversity of flora and fauna that the Natural Park offers, its history and the activities that you will be able to develop in it.

We belong to the municipality of Arbucias, where you will be able to carry out a more historical and cultural tourism, as well as access to all the services and needs that you have. There is the castle of Montsoriu, of the fourteenth century and Gothic style. As well as d iversas churches that show the Romanesque style.
