We offer you a set of 2 cottages with a total capacity of 13 people. You will be able to choose the accommodation option that best suits your preferences. It is distributed as follows:

Les Eyzies

With a capacity designed for 8 people, this is a very special gîte. Its ceilings revealing the exposed wooden beams will make you feel like you are in a cabin, the one of our childhood dreams. Except, this time you will be surrounded by amenities in every corner of this tastefully decorated accommodation, for a pleasant stay.

• From the entrance, a rustic style living room with a side table surrounded by a L-shaped family sofa. Behind it, a rectangular dining table with chairs. In the same space, there is an American kitchen open to the living room with a small island. It is fully equipped with household appliances, oven, refrigerator, hob, coffee maker, microwave, ceramic hob and kitchen utensils. In addition, in the storage unit located above the burners you will find all the crockery and the cutlery needed to enjoy good meals.

• In the corridor which will lead you to the other rooms of the accommodation, you will find a sofa bed and a work space.

• 3 bedrooms of stone walls which are distributed as follows. A first bedroom with a double bed of 140, a second with a single bed of 90 and a double bed of 140, and finally the third bedroom with a bunk bed. At the bottom a double bed of 140 and at the top a single bed. In all rooms there are wardrobes, heating, and the beds are dressed with sheets and blankets.

• 3 bathrooms, 2 of them are located at inside room. In any case, there is toilet, shower and sink with mirror. We also provide a hairdryer and a bath towel per person.

And if you come with babies, we will provide you, on prior request, with everything you need for them: baby bed, high chair, bathtub and changing table.

Outside:

• Terrace where you will find outdoor furniture such as table, chairs and parasols.
• Large garden with a pergola under which there is a table with chairs and a charcoal barbecue, portable.

In this case, there is also the possibility of taking advantage of accommodation, by renting the individual rooms.  You decide in which of the 2 available rooms you prefer to stay to rest.

Romance. With a capacity of 2 people. With a 140 cm double bed with freshly laid sheets for you, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Serenity. A family suite which can accommodate 3 people, has a double bed of 140 cm and a single bed of 90. In addition, it has a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

With this option, breakfast is included, and you can have it in the common dining room for guests of both rooms.

Lascaux

A pretty house which offers a mix between modern decoration and stone walls. Accommodation designed for a capacity of 5 people.

• With an impressive living room with exposed beam ceilings and stone walls, it gives a special touch to this room where you can relax sitting on the L-shaped sofa in the warmth of the pellet stove. In this same room is the dining room with a round table and chairs.

• Kitchen with wooden furniture fully equipped with appliances, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. It communicates with the living room via a spacious stone counter.

• 2 beautiful rooms with stone and smooth walls, a combination that conveys peace and relaxation. The master bedroom has a double bed and in the second , a double bed and a single bed. All beds are covered with sheets.

• A spacious bathroom divided in two with bath towels. On one side the toilet and on the other a rectangular shower with a large transparent wall and sink with mirror. Here you will find a washing machine.

We also have a baby bed, a high chair, a bathtub and a changing table, which we will provide to you on request.

The exterior has a terrace with a covered part where there is a table with chairs and a charcoal barbecue.

Guests of the Les Eyzies, Lascaux houses and the Romance and Serenity rooms will be able to enjoy a large communal swimming pool where there are deck chairs perfect for relaxing and sunbathing.

In the middle of forest of Barade in Fossemagne are our accommodations. An ideal place to relax and connect with nature. You will be able to explore the hiking trails which criss-cross an impressive landscape.

During your stay you can enjoy our animals which you will find near the accommodation, such as our mare, our donkey, our pony and our chickens.

Just 2 kilometers you will find the village center with several shops, restaurants, children's park and tennis courts. You cannot miss the opportunity to visit the church of Fossemagne and its pediment-shaped bell tower, or go to lake Gendre where outdoor activities are possible.
