This full rental house is located in the town of Sobremunt, within the region of Osuna, belonging to the province of Barcelona and a few kilometers from our neighboring country, France.

It is a house built in 2 heights ideal to go with family or friends because of the possibilities offered by its facilities as well as its surroundings, perfect for those who seek relaxation and traqnuilidad.

With a capacity to shelter a maximum of 9 people, the house offers its guests all the necessary comforts to make them feel at home.

• La kitchen is very spacious and is fully equipped with the appliances necessary to cover all the needs of the tenants. It has ceramic cooker to make exquisite dishes and its furniture is made of wood. Inside your cabinets and drawers you will find all the household items as well as the dishes to enjoy a dinner in good company. In the center of the room round wooden table with capacity for 6 people designed for fast meals that do not require much work, so that take the dishes from one side to another is done quickly.

• A large living room formed by 2 sofas and 2 armchairs, so that all the guests of the house have their seat. Una wooden table in which to support magazines, books or glasses that is located in front of one of the protagonist elements of the room, fireplace, becoming the ideal place to warm up on cold days. A television located next to the fireplace, ideal for family gatherings and watch a movie.

• Next to the living room is a pool table, characteristic component that offers the house and that has the peculiarity of being able to become a dining table with capacity for 12 people. The space is quite spacious and is very well lit thanks to the windows that let natural light from outside.

• 4 double bedrooms in the upper floor of the house, 3 of them are composed of a double bed and in 2 you can add an extra bed si the tenants considered necessary to convert the bedroom into triple. The remaining bedroom has 2 bunk beds, designed to be used by the smallest of the house. The bedrooms have television inside as well as cabinets so that guests can store all their belongings.

• 2 complete bathrooms with all the necessary cleaning products as well as with towels for all the tenants of the house. In one of the bathrooms there is a jacuzzi, ideal to relax in the water and forget everything.

The exterior de the house is formed by a garden of 1500 square meters, perfect for children to run and play at ease. In addition, there are children's games so that the little ones do not get bored at any time.

2 porches covered from which you have access to the kitchen and living room. Several plastic chairs to sit around a wooden table located on the outside of the house, so that you can make large family meals outdoors.

Cozy house located in the Catalan village of Sobremunt, belonging to the province of Barcelona and surrounded by a mountain range with the same name. With respect to the places of tourist interest, the most visited place of the town is The Church of San Martín, of origin Romanesque, although at present it has been mnuy modified. The Hermitage of Santa Lucia and Santa Quiteria are also beautiful historical elements of the town to visit.

Alpens is another municipality near Sobremunt, is characterized by being very close to the French border and is located 100 kilometers from the city of Barcelona.
