The house is located in the Cantabrian town of Acereda. It is an accommodation that is close to both the Cantabrian coastal area and the northern natural landscapes. It has space to accommodate 7 people.

The kitchen is fully renovated and equipped with modern furniture and appliances necessary to help the complete comfort of the guests. It has refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary household items. The house has 2 full bathrooms, some equipped with bathtub and others with shower. All of them are also equipped with a washbasin, toilet, toilet linen and hygienic products.

In addition, the house shares with the other a common game room where you can enjoy a billiards, , diana electronic, different games table and games for the little ones.

Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious garden of almost 900 m2 with garden furniture and a wonderful barbecue, ideal for outdoor barbecue grills as a family. This area also has a playground with slide and playhouse for the little ones.

It is possible to rent this house independently or next to number 2 if it is a large group.

The property is located at Acereda del municipio de Santiurde de Toranzo. To be very close to the north coast of the peninsula, the guests have the opportunity to visit Santander, one of the most important cities in the area.

In the town you can visit the Romanesque style church.

On the other hand, it is worth highlighting some interesting places located in its surroundings, such as the Churches of Santa Cecilia in Villasevil or San Martín in Toranzo, or the Torre de Villegas in Villasevil.
