Bearing in mind that the accommodation is located in the main port of landing on the island, Caleta el Sebo, whose orientation is south, facing the neighboring and very close Lanzarote, we should first take the opportunity to explore the coastline northern part of the island that in its western end has the highest elevation of land in the insular surroundings, the Montaña Amarilla is an easy ascent for anyone except those affected by serious health problems.
From the top of this volcanic formation we can see Lanzarote, but above all a beautiful profile of the majestic Famara massif .
If we have made the outward journey on foot, we will appreciate that right at the foot of this natural monument there is a bathing area such as the beach of la Cocina, although if we have made the outward journey in one of the off-road taxis that are in the island, we may prefer to take advantage of the way back by stopping at the beautiful beach of La Francesa, an incredible white sandbank that, when in contact with the sea, makes the water in its first meters turn turquoise.
