Llugarón II

Our rural house is located at Llugarón, an Asturian village that belongs to Villaviciosa.

It is one of the few houses in this town, which forms a complex together with other houses with different characteristics. This house in particular, has space for 8 people.

Its facade follows the typical line: stone, wood and lots of green around. It also has windows grandes. It has 2 floors, of which, the one above, is attic. However, there is enough space to get comfortable rooms.

has 4 bedrooms, which are not all the same, since it is normal for groups to have different needs. That's why, in some there is television installed. There are 2 double beds and 4 single beds. In addition, the ceilings are made of wood, very flirty and some walls retain the original stone of the hamlet.

The house has 3 bathrooms, of which 2 are inside the bedrooms.

The living room is fantastic too, it is on the ground floor and also retains masonry walls.

In the same room as the living room is the kitchen, American style to get open spaces and spaciousness. So, if someone is cooking, they can interact with the rest of the guests. There is washing machine y too, everything you need to iron clothes, so long-term accommodations are not a problem.

This house has a private garden, with a part with stone floor that gives the feeling that continues from the house. Here is the barbecue y, next to it, a picnic table.

We are on a hillside, located in the village of Llugarón. It is a set of 12 houses, where are all of our complex. This is the essence of our accommodation: tranquility, mountain and forest. The views can not be better. On the one hand we see Miravalles, but also mar.

We are in the Sierra del Sueve, a territory of beech woods y with rivers of short length, given its proximity to the coast.
