The rural house is an old house more than 100 years old that was rehabilitated in 2008. The rural accommodation has 100m2 in 2 floors, it is full rental and can accommodate between 2 and 6 people.

The ground floor of the house is distributed in an open area where the living room, dining room and kitchen are concentrated, and then there is a separate toilet.

In the living room there is a large sofa bed in front of the fireplace, and between them there is a coffee table. To the left of the fireplace there are 2 wooden chairs with cushions, and to the right of it there is a wooden cabinet where the 32" LCD television and the DVD are located. The surface of the living room is 30m2.

The kitchen is separated from the living room by a shelving unit with cupboard and shelves. In the kitchen we find a round table with wicker chairs, and a closet at different heights. It is equipped with appliances such as oven, washing machine, etc. and has appliances such as microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

At the top of the house there are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The 2 rooms have single beds de 0.90m, one of them with the beds together and the other with the beds separated. Both have built-in wardrobes.

Outside the house there is a parking area.

The rural house is located in Navaluenga, a town in the heritage city of Ávila.

Navaluenga is a town with indoor bathrooms,  thanks to the Alberche River and the Burguillo reservoir.

Between 20 and 30 kilometers from the town there are 2 valleys where you can go to spend the day, these are the Alberche and the Iruelas. In both you can see animals such as the black vulture or the multitude of trees that make up the area. 

Ávila is located 38km from here. There you can visit everything from the Walls to the rest of the monuments that make up the city. 

At 60km we find the Sierra de Gredos and the Valle del Tiétar. Each one has its peculiarities, such as the fauna, flora, peaks and valleys that make up the Sierra, or the fruit trees of the Valley.
