Los Boletales

This house is located in the small town of Los Boletales, in the Sierra Norte of Guadalajara, surrounded by forests of oaks, oaks and extensive valleys for grazing horses and livestock in freedom.

The house with capacity for 8 people, is designed for families who want to forget about the city for a few days and integrate into the rural tranquility, enjoying all the amenities.

In it, we put at your disposal:

• A large living-dining room, with wood burning fireplace and several sofas in which to relax to watch the television. This room also has a large wooden table with 8 seats in which to share unforgettable moments.

• The kitchen has a great American bar great for breakfast, all appliances and the kitchen with plenty of space to cook.

• 3 double rooms, one of them of marriage, all outside, with private bathroom and equipped with the necessary furniture to be comfortable at all times.

• Special mention deserves the terrace of the house, as a porch in front of the garden, with several tables, benches and chairs ideal for a coffee and chat while enjoying time.

• The barbecue area, which is built, also has a table and it can prepare roasts that everyone enjoys in the picnic area next to it.

• A great game room of 50 square meters, with additional price to the house, also with own fireplace and billiards, darts, foosball and even a ping-pong table that will make you pass the hours full of fun without realizing it.

• The whole house has heating.

• We have additional beds that we can provide you without problem.

• If you want to come with your mascots, they are welcome!

The small town of The Ordial has an interesting history, since a few decades ago it was on the verge of disappearing, but thanks to the organization of its neighbors, who created associations and cultural groups, it has remained alive until today. Walking through its well-kept streets is a delight among stone houses and narrow medieval streets, and if it is summer you will find a fairly complete leisure offer, with a picnic area in the middle of the village, a sports complex and a house of culture that has a library.

2 excursions highly recommended for those who seek to enjoy nature and fresh air, are the visit to Black Tejera Beech, the last of southern Europe, watered by the Lillas and Zarzas rivers and sheltered by steep rocky ridges that create a microclimate of spectacular landscapes, or the route through the Macizo del Pico del Lobo Cebollera, in the Sierra de Ayllón, one of the last glacial formations of Castilla La Mancha with true high mountain landscapes.
