Our villa is located within the province of Toledo, where you will be able to enjoy a few quiet days in the town of Méntrida.
It is a charming property, where you will be able to enjoy 2 independent homes, completely surrounded by tranquility, nature and good views.
In total, the villa, which has 30,000 square meters, accommodates a maximum of 18 people but is divided into a main house and an annex that you will love.
The Main House consists of 3,350 square meters and has capacity for a maximum of 16 people who will find inside these environments:

- A large living-dining room space, where we have a rest area with a set of armchairs that face the front where the plasma television is located and next to it, the wood-burning fireplace. In front, we have a large dining table, with chairs and a door with access to the outside. X
- Large kitchen, with a U-shaped countertop and several cabinets in which you will find the different elements of the kitchenware and also the appliances, with which you will be able to cook like at home.
- 5 spacious bedrooms, in which the are distributed 3 double beds and the 6 single beds, with a set of sheets and blankets to spare.

- A living room on the upper floor that has armchairs and a bookcase with lots of reading options.
- A wine cellar at the bottom, where you will find a lot of wine and in the center, a wooden dining table with chairs to enjoy an aperitif.
Already in the outer, we have:
- Several terraces where you can enjoy the best views of the land.
- Large garden spaces where you will find the barbecue and also, in the center, a large pool so you can bathe.
- In addition, in the house we have leisure area with table football. X
The Pond House has 10,000 square meters and space for a maximum of 4 people that you will find:
- A large kitchen-dining room, in which the countertop is located in an L-shape with several wooden cabinets and a dining table in the center.

- A leisure and relaxation room, which has armchairs next to another wood-burning fireplace and where the pool table is also located, to have a great time.
- A large double bedroom, in which we have a large double bed, with plenty of sheets and blankets and with functional furniture.

Our house is a family home that we love to share with guests who take care of it. We want you to be able to enjoy it, as much as we do.

It is a very beautiful country house full of charming nooks and crannies. It is on a very large farm, with a lot of trees that gives the farm a lot of charm.
It has a swimming pool, tennis court and wine cellar.

We are halfway between Madrid and Toledo. So you can enjoy both cities, and all the surrounding areas. It is a very beautiful area for excursions, both on foot and by bike.
