Los Juncos

This beautiful house of 200 m², recently built, is located at Lakes ( Vélez-Málaga ), within the region of La Axarquía.

With magnificent views of the sea and the mountain from any corner of the house, Los Juncos can accommodate for 9 people, but it can be extended up to 12 with the help of extra beds in its spacious and comfortable rooms located on the top floor of the house (some of these with balcony) and parking area for up to 5 vehicles.

The rooms are decorated in different colors and all have fan on the roof for the summer months.

At the entrance there is a parking area with capacity for 5 vehicles. Once in the house, we are on the ground floor with the following rooms and equipment:

• Salon of 40 sqm with dining table and two normal sofas, two sofa beds and a single bed located in a discreet part of the same room.
• Pellet fireplace, modern design, that you can use in the winter months
• 28-inch Satellite TV
• On this same floor, there is also a double bedroom, a bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen to the point that it has two independent refrigerators.

The upper floor has another double room and two triple rooms. All of them have a private and complete bathroom. The most attractive thing is that the triple rooms have direct access to the terrace-solarium that borders the upper part of the house.

The exterior of this country house is as spectacular as the pictures show: a modern construction, in very good condition, with a huge pool with hammocks, barbecue and other furniture to relax outdoors, both in the sun as in the shade. You can also enjoy your outdoor table tennis table while you play in a wonderful environment where light and tranquility predominates.

We also have a table for lunch, lunch or dinner overlooking the sea and even a private sports area, where you can play football or any other sport that is accessible.

In Vélez-Málaga you can find everything you need in terms of bars, restaurants, shops, health center, pharmacy, church, etc.

It is worth walking the promenade of Torox-Costa, 6 minutes approx. of the house.

Just 2.5 kilometers by car you can enjoy great beaches of the Costa del Sol, like those of Torrox-Costa and a little further, the beaches of Nerja.

If you like caving, you can not miss Cuevas de Nerja (15 km away), discovered in 1959 and considered an Asset of Cultural Interest.

If you want to do cultural tourism, Malaga capital is the ideal destination, 40 km from the house, with the Alcazaba, the Gibralfaro Castle, the Wall, the Church of the Sacred Heart, among many other monuments.
