Los Lagares

La rural house is located at the entrance of the village Pedrosa de Duero, in an area that is named just like the name of the house itself. It is the ideal place to come a group of friends or several families to rest and enjoy a few relaxing days, with an unforgettable company, good food and a better wine.

It is a large house, very spacious and bright that has two floors, in addition to the ground floor, where the garage in which you can save up to two vehicles and one washer.

On the first floor we have a kitchen and a dining room that share this space with a small living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and is separated from the dining room by a wooden counter.

We also have another room with a large dining table and a larger room, with sofas with more seats, a television and a wonderful fireplace for you to gather all the family around to tell stories or to play all of them in one of the games of table that we offer you.

On the same floor there is a bathroom to share and we found the following bedrooms:

• One with two single beds of 90 cm
• One with two beds a little larger, 1.05 m
• One of marriage with own bathroom that includes a whirlpool shower

On the second floor we have another double room, one double and a bathroom. Also, a wonderful terrace to rest and watch the stars from the jacuzzi and the spa. This is one of the main attractions of the house.

In the outer area of ​​the house we find a large yard of 2,000 m² . In it we can distinguish several areas:

• Space dedicated to cooking and eating with a barbecue and a picnic
• Roofed porch, also with a table and chairs
• Room dedicated to the games, both for adults and children, everyone will enjoy the table tennis table, the table football and the bullseye, as well as several table games
• Playground with different slides and swings, a tree house and a trampoline
• Territory canine: a fenced space to put your dogs there, with special booths for them
• Extensive garden area, with lawn and crowd of trees

The Lagares is located at the entrance of Pedrosa de Duero (Burgos), in full Ribera del Duero. In general, the area is known for being part of the district of Ribera del Duero.

Only 30 minutes by car is Aranda de Duero, a small town where you can do tourism but, above all, taste its delicious gastronomy with the typical roast suckling lamb and black pudding from Aranda and, above all, the famous wine with denomination of origin Ribera del Duero.
