Los Serranillos - El Arca

In the province of Ávila we have created a nice complex llamado Los Serranillos, which is composed of 5 cottages. Within an incomparable framework we find these stone buildings whose facade is impressive and which have been restored achieving a comfort and a good taste in all its interior.

The Ark is the first of the houses that we present to you. With a beige entrance that welcomes you with a few armchairs and several rustic decorations, the house has 2 floors. On the ground floor we have the following stays:

• A kitchen equipped y furnished and with a large window that let in a lot of light. All the furniture is in white tones and the appliances are perfectly integrated. You can cook your favorite dishes and prepare beautiful evenings for your whole family or group of friends. You also have a small table with chairs in the kitchen.

• The living room has brick as a predominant decorative element, which gives it a different style. It has several red sofas located in front of a piece of furniture with the TV and a fireplace.

In the above floor are the rooms. A total of 3 that have their own bathroom so you have a lot of privacy guaranteed. One of the rooms has double bed while the others have 2 single beds. All are large and have windows with exterior views. They are equipped with sets of sheets and blankets so you do not spend any cold in the strong seasons.

The bathrooms are very complete. Washbasin, toilet and shower with whirlpool, all for a perfect relaxation. You also have available towels for your toilet and various furniture to place your beauty products.

In the outside del accommodation we have a terrace semicubierta with a table and chairs, ideal space for eating outdoors. You can also enjoy a delicious barbecue thanks to the machine that we have in this area of ​​the house. Also here you can contemplate the beautiful views that the house has and that will help you to disconnect from the crowd and the noise of the big city.

Pesquera is a small village of Ávila in which you will find the tranquility you need thanks to the rural environment that surrounds it. It belongs to the municipality of Piedrahita that is less than 2 kilometers away. Precisely here is where we can start routes full of new things to know.

Piedrahita is located concretely within the Corneja Valley which is completely bathed by the Corneja River. This landscape makes the views beautiful. The most characteristic monument of the town is its church, Our Lady of the Assumption. It dates from the thirteenth century and was built on an old castle, and although it has undergone many reforms, today is one of the most visited areas of the town. Another of the busiest places is the Palace of the Dukes of Alba inside which there are many works of art and has gardens that have been portrayed in more than one painting by Goya.

The Sierra de Francia is another of those places that we have very close and that has an abundant vegetation and a series of very interesting towns to visit. Peña de Francia is a mountain that rises in this area and has a sanctuary, that of the Black Virgin. You can make different routes if you like hiking and discover a lot of variety in both flora and fauna.
