Los Serranillos - El Arroyo

The house The Arroyo is the last home that we present to you inside the complex Los Serranillos.

A total of 5 accommodations that have been rehabilitated and converted into a rural establishment of the most complete. It has all the comforts both outside and inside, and although it has managed to maintain that rustic touch, the modern details are not lacking.

The living room is very spacious and comfortable. A series of sofas that appear in front of the TV and the fireplace. The perfect stay to read, chat, have fun with table games or just relax. A rectangular wooden dining table serves as a link with the kitchen. Thanks to this and to some wooden beams belonging to the original structure of the house, we managed to differentiate these 2 spaces. The kitchen has all the appliances necessary to be able to cook in a simple and fast way. You will not miss detail since you have crockery and cutlery totally available for you.

In the house there is a total of 5 bedrooms of which 3 have single beds and 2 a large double bed. All of them have sheets sets and blankets so that your rest is perfect. The furniture of the rooms is made of wood, fully assembled, the bedside tables and cabinets will be very useful to store and organize all your belongings. Each of the rooms has a different color that makes them very bright spaces that are enhanced by the windows through which a lot of light enters and which also have beautiful views of the Gredos mountain range.

The 4 bathrooms that are distributed after the house have a shower, sink and toilet. Several cabinets to place beauty products and also clean toilet towels.

The casita has a large patio whose views are impressive. You have available tables and chairs, plus a barbecue. This way you can organize nice evenings in the open air for all your group of friends or your family. You also have a totally private parking to park your vehicle and have it available and accessible whenever you need it.

Pesquera, town of Ávila with a view to the sierra de Gredos, has many corners that can surprise you. The Five Lagoons are a series of lagoons of glacial origin that are in the Central Massif. The Peak Almanzor is the highest point of the entire range. It is part of the set called Circo de Gredos and there the vegetation and the views are impressive, highlighting the presence of a salamander that receives the same name as the peak since it only inhabits this area.

We belong to the municipality of Piedrahita where the most characteristic monument is the church Our Lady of the Assumption. It dates from the thirteenth century and was built on an old castle, and although it has undergone many reforms, today is one of the most visited areas of the town. Another of the busiest places is the Palace of the Dukes of Alba.

Avila, is approximately 50 kilometers away, but we recommend you to visit one of the most beautiful walled cities we have in our country. Among the many monuments that have in its old town we have the Cathedral of the Savior of Avila, it is the twelfth century and initially had a military function. The Basilica of San Vicente es Romanesque style and its large dimensions draw much attention.
