Los Serranillos - La Cigüeña

La Cigüeña is the third accommodation that we present to you within our complex Los Serranillos. It is a perfect place for relaxation and to enjoy nature in its purest state.

The entire house is stone facade y old elements are preserved as beams and walls of brick and wood that give it a special charm to the whole place.

The accommodation has enough capacity so it is perfect to come with your f amilia or group of friends since it has many well-equipped rooms that do not lack detail of anything.

The living room is the most suitable place to have some laughs with table games or a good movie. All of this well accommodated in our sofa that has right next to the fireplace that will help to create the perfect climate. Within this room we have included both the dining room and the kitchen since we wanted to create a common space so that everything was more accessible.

The kitchen has appliances basics that will help you cook. You can also organize all the food in the furniture that is there and of course in the fridge. Everything is decorated with wood tones that are well matched with the dining table right next door. It is large, rectangular, and has chairs for all tenants of the house.

In the house there are 5 bedrooms that are double:

• 3 rooms are double with 2 single beds each one of them. This means that everything is perfectly combined and very careful. Each bedroom is one color and is endowed with a different personality.

• 2 bedrooms have double bed and once again they are differentiated with different colors. Like the rest of the beds, these have sets of sheets and blankets so you do not go cold.

In the house 4 bathrooms have been distributed. They are very well equipped thanks to the shower, the sink and the service. There are also sets of towels and cabinets to organize your personal hygiene items.

On the outside of the house we have a large terrace that has a table and chairs. Also in this area we have placed a barbecue to prepare meals for the whole group and enjoy them outdoors. Also outside the house you have parking area so you can leave the car on your arrival and thus not worry about it during your vacation.

The village of Pesquera is responsible for housing our beautiful rural house. Within the municipality of Piedrahita, in Ávila, we have before us the opportunity to discover a different place full of nature.

The Valle del Jerte is an example of what we are talking about. Spring is the season of the year when it is full of all the beauty it has thanks to the flowering of the almond trees that abound throughout the area. Another example is the Puerto de Peñanegra, a port of more than 1000 meters of altitude in which you will discover routes and trails through which to lose yourself in nature.

Ávila and Salamanca are 2 cities that are about 50 kilometers each, so you can choose which one to visit, or get closer to both. In Salamanca contemplarás the beauty of a cathedral that mixes the Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque styles. It wastes art on all its facades. The new cathedral is linked to the old one and create a composition that is undoubtedly the strong point of the city. On the other hand Ávila has the charm of walled cities. The medieval air that this creates in her moves you to a different time. Within your wall a further you will discover other beautiful monuments both religious and civil.
