Los Serranillos - Las Bellotas

Our beautiful complex of Los Serranillos consists of a total of 5 cottages, including The Acorn, which we present below.

We are talking about a set of houses that have been reformed and enabled so that your stay in them is perfect. They have a facade typical of the area and in the center of all of them there is a hall with balconies and stools where it gets a lot of sun for much of the day.

The house is composed of the following services:

• A first stay formed by the living room and the kitchen, everything is in the same place without any door to create a greater sense of space. In the living room we find a sofa, in front of it there is a TV and a chimney of brick. This becomes the protagonist of the house on the coldest dates. The kitchen is very simple but has just enough to cook and prepare delicious delicacies. Appliances, tableware and cutlery, a host of household items that will make your task much easier. There is a dining table with chairs to eat all together.

• On the top floor of the house, with the attic roof, we find the bedroom. There is only one and it is with double bed. We wanted to use the bar of the stairs as a headboard, creating a beautiful composition and giving the bedroom a different touch. The bed already has sheets sets and blankets. There are also some chairs and other furniture so you can organize your clothes and your personal things.

• The bathroom is complete. We wanted to enable several shelves to put all the creams and soaps, there is also a sink, the toilet and of course the shower.

To access the house you can do it very easily with your own vehicle since you can park at the door and dispose of it whenever you need it. Once parked, you will enter the accommodation through the portico that we mentioned, it is like entering another world where you will find much peace and tranquility.

A mountain village is what best defines Pesquera, the small village where we have located our rural house. If you are looking to be isolated from the crowd, this is your place. But we also offer you a wide variety of routes that you can carry out.

The Rio Corneja helps precisely to create some very beautiful paths in which the vegetation is very abundant. It is a tributary of the Tormes River and passes through Corneja Valley, which receives its same name.

Approximately 50 kilometers we arrive at Avila, although there is a little distance, we recommend you to visit one of the most beautiful walled cities we have in our country. Among the numerous monuments that it has in its old town we have the Cathedral of Salvador de Ávila, is from the XII century and initially had a military function. The Basilica of San Vicente is Romanesque in style and its large dimensions attract a lot of attention. Outside of the religious architecture we can take a nice walk through the Chico Market Square which also stands out for a construction full of arches and that is the meeting place for many people so it is always full of life.
