All the houses have been erected after 3 years of work in which they have been built with all kinds of materials from the area, such as the stones -which come from demolished houses of other houses in the town-, Arabic tiles - although it has been manufactured near Solosancho - and a host of elements on carved wood by a regional carpenter who has designed and built carpentry elements for interior and exterior-.
