This rural house raises its walls a few kilometers from the city of Teruel. It is a recently built accommodation that has been committed to provide the house with all the comforts and facilities necessary to become a benchmark for rural and holiday tourism.

It has the capacity to accommodate a maximum of 10 people, being perfect to go as a family or with a close group of friends. Its location in the province of Teruel is privileged as it presents a perfect balance between the tranquility offered by a natural environment and the proximity to < strong> city, whose views can be seen from anywhere in the house.

The house consists of the following rooms: Â

• A modern fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. Countertop dark marble in which the glass-ceramic is cast, designed so that guests can develop their skills in the cook and prepare delicious dishes. Space that combine black, gray and white. Its drawers and furniture keep the household items as well as cutlery and crockery. Space divided into 2 corners leaving the area of ??the center of the room for a table with 4 chairs around in which to make a quick breakfast or a quiet dinner.
  • The living room is spacious and is composed of a sofa-bed that is placed in front of a TV located on a piece of furniture. wood. In the center of the room, a table that combines glass with wood in which a nice vase and different decorative elements rest. It is one of the most welcoming spaces in the house due to the disposition of its components as well as the warm color of its walls, which also leave a space for the paintings. From this room you have direct access to 2 outdoor terraces thanks to some glass doors. In addition, a few meters from the room, a corner of the house becomes the leisure area thanks to billiards that takes center stage, giving the possibility to the tenants to have fun competing between them .Â
    • 4 double bedrooms, 2 of them consisting of 2 single beds in each room while in the resante bedrooms they have double bed strong>. These are cozy rooms that have similar decorative features based on the provision of few pieces of furniture that leave ample space for tenants. The headboards of the beds are made of wood, combining with the bedside tables. In all bedrooms there is space for a wardrobe, so that guests can store their luggage comfortably. There is the possibility of adding an extra bed if the occupation of the house exceeds the number of beds in the 4 bedrooms.

The city of Teruel becomes an almost obligatory visit due to the proximity to the rural house, located only a couple of kilometers away.

Located at south of Aragón, it is characterized by having a large heritage of Mudejar style. In fact such is its beauty that it has been recognized by the UNESCO and an area of ​​the city was named World Heritage.
With respect to the monuments to visit, the Cathedral of Santa María de Mediavilla is one of them, to which are added the Church of San Pedro or the Church of San Martín, among others.

For the youngest of the house an alternative of leisure is to go to Dinópolis, a park with cultural theme since it is based on the dinosaurs and paleontology. The Albarracín, located a few kilometers from the city of Teruel, is a Historic Site declared of cultural interest because of the beauty of its streets and the set of all its artistic heritage.
The Cathedral of El Salvador or the Castle of Albarracín are some of its most visited and valued monuments.

With regard to the gastronomy, its best known dishes are based on products such as the lamb and pork.
