Martiornia

The rural house Martiornia is placed in the northern zone of Navarra and is an accommodation with a typical mountain construction.

This house, with heating and chimney, has a total capacity of 8 people since it has 4 double bedrooms. 

The residence is distributed in 2 plants, each of which has a function and covers different stays.

In the ground floor we find a large open space, which collects the living room with comfortable sofas and a beautiful chimney of work. In the same room is the wooden table of the dining room, with chairs of the same material.

The kitchen is fully equipped and maintains the connection with the rest of the plant through an old islet.

On this first floor there is also a bedroom with stone walls, which has its own bathroom .

On the upper floor the rest of the rooms are distributed. The 3 double bedrooms have all kinds of auxiliary furniture, and two of them have a balcony exit. In addition, on this second floor, there is another full bathroom. On this floor we can also find a room with a small collection of books and a beautiful desk.

One of the main attractions of the house is that it has a beautiful terrace with views, which is accessed from the large living room.

The house, located in the center of a small Navarre town, maintains the wooden and the original walls, following that traditional aesthetic both inside and outside the house.

The Rural Casa Martiornia is located in the town of oiz, in Navarro Santesteban Valley. Santesteban is the largest town in this area, and collects buildings of great antiquity, such as the Church or the City Council, among others, in addition to typical constructions of the mountain area.

In the Atlantic Pyrenees area, the Malereka region is located in a privileged place to visit different tourist points of the community, both natural and interesting constructions.

From our home, a short distance, you can know the historical Donamaria tower, a construction that makes more than 500 years, it was a palace. Likewise, you can visit the Molino de Zubieta, where still working today as in ancient times.

There are numerous forests of great beauty. It is worth noting the form of orgi or that of fifth royal, with countless types of trees that have a space full of different colors and shapes. Likewise, it is worth knowing the beech forest of Bértiz, where the natural park of the lordship of Bértiz is also located.
