Martiornia

La Martiornia rural house is located in the northern area of ​​Navarra and is an accommodation with a typical mountain construction.

This house, with heating and fireplace, has a total capacity of 8 people since it has 4 double rooms.

The residence hall is distributed in 2 floors, each of which has a function and covers different rooms.
On the ground floor we find a large open space, which includes the living room with comfortable sofas and a nice fireplace. In the same room there is the wooden dining table, with chairs of the same material.
The kitchen is fully equipped and maintains the connection with the rest of the floor through an old island.
On this first floor there is also a bedroom with stone walls, which also has its own bathroom.

The rest of the rooms are distributed on the upper floor. The 3 double bedrooms have all kinds of auxiliary furniture, and two of them have access to a balcony. In addition, on this second floor, there is another full bathroom. On this floor we can also find a room with a small collection of books and a nice desk.

One of the main attractions of the house is that it has a beautiful terrace with views, which is accessed from the spacious living-dining room.
The house, located in the center of a small Navarran town, maintains the wooden beams and the original stone walls, following that traditional aesthetic both inside and outside the house.

The rural house Martiornia is located in the town of Oiz, in the Navarrese Valle de Santesteban. Santesteban is the largest town in this area, and includes buildings of great antiquity, such as the church or the town hall, among others, in addition to typical constructions of the mountain area.
In the Pyrenees Atlantic area, the Malerreka region is located in a privileged place to visit different tourist spots in the community, both natural and interesting constructions.
From our house, a short distance away, you can see the historic Torre de Donamaria, a construction that makes more than 500 years, was a palace. Likewise, you can visit the Molino de Zubieta, where, even today, work continues as in ancient times.
There are around us numerous forests of great beauty. It is worth highlighting the Bosque de Orgi or the Quinto Real, with an infinity of types of trees that build a space full of different colors and shapes. Likewise, it is worth visiting the Bosque de Hayas de Bértiz, where the Natural Park of Señorío de Bértiz is also located.
