Mas Can Salvi

The rural house Mas Can Salvi was a former haystack, which has been renovated while respecting the architecture of the property. It is located at Parlavà, a small town in Girona. The rural accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people, with all their stays distributed on a single floor.

The interior of the house has the ceilings muy high y all the rooms have wooden beams on the roof.

It has 3 rooms, one of them is double with single and separate beds. Another room has three separate and single beds, and the last one has a double bed.

The living room is very spacious and bright, has wood fireplace and table for 8 people. The kitchen is fully furnished, has a table for 4 people and has appliances as a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, hob.

There are also two bathrooms with shower without screen, but the shower area is separated from the rest of the bathroom with work walls.

At the end of the corridor of the hall there is a living room.

Outside, there is a porch where we have placed a table with space for 4 or 6 people and overlooking the garden. There is a lawn area equipped with sun loungers, and where there are planted different types of trees, plants and flowers. There is also a barbecue very close to the porch.

At the entrance, a stone pathway will lead you to the house and you will arrive to a small portal where the main door is.

The country house has heating in all rooms.

The rural house is located at Parlavà, a town that is at the foot of Cerro El Montori. In addition, the town is crossed by the river Daró. Another of the key points of this town is the massif of the Gavarres, from whose top you can glimpse the sea on the horizon.

It is at 26 kilometers from Palamós, which has beaches.

The town has many places of interest such as the Romanesque church of Sant Feliu de Parlavà or its 7 hamlets built between the fourteenth and eighteenth centuries.

In Parlavà the cereals abound, the corn and the apple trees. In addition you can observe different cattle bovine y porcine and poultry.
