This rural house is an old farmhouse from the 13th century, in the center of the Pantano de Rialb, that has been restored and rehabilitated .

The rural accommodation has 3 floors, it is full rental and can accommodate between 18 and 22 people.

The most spectacular thing about our house is without a doubt the views, since wherever you look the panoramic views towards the lake are worthy of the most beautiful postcards.

The rooms into which the house is divided are 2 living rooms, a dining room, 2 kitchens, 9 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a multipurpose room, chapel, swimming pool, garden, porch, garage, a threshing floor and a viewpoint.

The living rooms of the house have large sofas, which are located around a coffee table and in front of the television. Behind one of the sofas there is a dining table, and it has access to the balcony. The other living room has 2 sofas and a built-in sofa under a huge window. In this second room there is also a dining table for 22 diners.

There is a lounge on the ground floor and another on the first floor.

One of the kitchens has an oval-shaped wooden table and 6 chairs in the center, and a fireplace behind it. The kitchen is furnished and equipped with appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, etc. and appliances like microwaves. The other kitchen has the same amenities as the previous one.

Of the 9 rooms there is one that is adapted for the disabled and that also has a private bathroom enabled.

The 9 rooms are double, but some have double beds and others single beds, either together or separated. All rooms are exterior, with views of the estate itself, the reservoir, or with access to the balcony.

The 5 bathrooms are complete , and as we have pointed out, one of them is fully adapted for the disabled.

The multipurpose room can be used as a play area, or it can be set up as a bedroom.

The exterior of the house has 3km of farm.

The pool has access via a ladder, and a solarium area furnished with sun loungers and hammocks. The area of ​​the glass is fenced.

The garage of the house has 100m2 so it can accommodate several vehicles. Other facilities that we find outside the house are a small hermitage or a children's area with a park.

Other aspects that we want to let you know if you come to stay at our house are:

• We put at your disposal all the firewood that is necessary for the fireplace and barbecue.
• The house has Internet in all its rooms.
• Of course also gutter with heating throughout the house.
• Pets Allowed.
• Availability of 4 extra beds and cot.

The rural house is built in the middle of the Rialb Reservoir. It also has spectacular views of the Pyrenees.

In the town, La Baronia de Rialb you can visit the river with the same name, a Romanesque hermitage or a dolmen, among other things. During medieval times, fortifications and castles were built, and historically, due to the great mountain range that surrounds it, it was known as a mountain-refuge.

It is located 130km from Barcelona and 90km from Andorra. In both cities you can visit everything from monuments to natural landscapes, or even the city itself.

As for gastronomy, they emphasize wines, snails or sausages.
