Mas de Blai

Located in the outskirts of the city of Benasal, in Castellón, this country house is located between almond and hazel fields, making it an ideal place to relax in the countryside with the family away from the noise of the city.

It is an old farmhouse, a construction typical of the ancient kingdom of Aragon that was associated with some type of family farming activity. This farmhouse has been recently restored to accommodate 7 people and is divided into these stays:

• 3 double bedrooms, one of them furnished with a double bed and the other 2, with 2 single beds. To one of the latter you can add an extra bed.

• 2 bathrooms fully equipped, one located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.

• A kitchen fully equipped that is equipped, among other things, with washing machine, so that guests can perform household chores easily and quickly.

• A room furnished with comfortable sofas in which guests can sit quietly to watch the television or read a book sheltered from the fireplace.

• A parking area next to the entrance so that guests can easily access with the car.

• A outdoor pool in which to cool off in summer and sunbathe on its banks.

• A patio furnished for breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors.

• A arbor con barbecue and a long table to be able to hold barbecues and parties covered.

Benasal is a small Valencian city belonging to the province of Castellón. In this town you can see the primitive nucleus of the population, known as La Mola, which maintains a piece of the wall, the prison tower and a portal with Arabic arch that gives access to the site. The town center is formed by narrow medieval streets in which you can see some eighteenth century villas.

Within the term of this municipality is the Castle of Corbó, a building of the twelfth century that stands on a hill from which defended the city. There is a legend that gives the castle an underground passageway that communicates with a cave at the foot of the mountain where a fountain springs. The castle is based on a prehistoric settlement of the Bronze Age.

Close to this city is the place of Ribert, populated by centenary oaks among which to walk enjoying the outdoors. In this area there are also 2 ravines pierced by rivers laden with water that form a delicious show at any time of the year.
