Mas La Plana

Mas La Plana is a rural house located in a beautiful valley of Girona, so your guests can enjoy magnificent views of the natural surroundings in a very relaxing environment. It has the capacity to accommodate a group of about 6 or 7 people.

The house is divided into 2 different floors y in the bottom has a a recipient from which you can access the different rooms. It has a large room decorated with different rustic furniture, with sofas and TV with video game console and DVD. It does not have a fireplace but it does consist of central heating, which brings warmth during the winter.

On this floor there is also a kitchen fully equipped and renovated with white methacrylate and glass furniture. It has a series of new appliances, such as refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave and hob, among some others. In front of this there is a space reserved for the dining room, since it has a table alargada of wood with capacity for 10 diners.

It also has a reading room ideal for a relaxing moment, in which you can place a bed extra.

The accommodation houses 3 complete and modern bathrooms. One of them is located on this ground floor and consists of sink, mirror, toilet and shower. The other 2 are on the first floor and have the same amenities as the first.

On the upper floor there are distributed 3 double rooms, all equipped with a bed marriage, bedside tables, wardrobes and windows overlooking the environment.

In the outside, the house has 2 porches pra to enjoy an evening outdoors. In one of them, completely covered in stone, there is a large wooden table with seating for 8 people and a hacama.

Attached to the facade you can find a barbecue coal, ideal to enjoy a family barbecue. In the large landscaped grounds surrounding the house there are several areas dedicated to leisure, such as a table ping-pong, court of basketball or goals of football. It has a private pool descubierta and a small orchard.

This house is surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes typical of this Catalan territory, such as La Fageda, an emblematic wooded area of ​​the Natural Park of La Garrotxa.

The municipality of Banyoles, with its pond, the swamp of Susqueda o or volcanos of the Garrotxa are ideal areas for those who make excursions and thus know the territory.
