Mas Mengol (El Solar)

Traditional farmhouse located inside a farm of the municipality girones of Arbucias, in the region of La Selva.

Although has been recently restored, its exterior and interior spaces preserve the essence of typical Catalan constructions. It combines to perfection the rustic style of materials such as stone and wood, with the modern equipments of the current houses.

With a capacity for 6 people, due to the extra beds that we can include to get more capacity. His 2 rooms are double y very bright. Both have a careful decoration characterized by ceilings and furniture in wood and wrought iron and large capacity cabinets. There is also 2 extra beds to reach the maximum capacity.

The bathroom is a spacious room, covered with tiles in soft colors and a bathtub that you will not want to leave.

La kitchen is a practical corner and equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious dishes. This space communicates with the dining room and the living area. The first with a wooden table and chairs where you can enjoy your meal. Attached to it is the room, with comfortable sofas and a brick fireplace that will make the cold months more bearable.

The exterior has a porch in which to rest and enjoy a y barbecue landscape that gives the farm.

The location of the farm, in the valley of the Montseny Park, makes our accommodation in a place with unbeatable views.

They are more than 1200m2 available to visitors and in which to get lost. Trails that lead to pine forests and chestnut trees where in autumn it is possible to collect both this fruit and the mushrooms that can cook in El Solar.

We are passionate about animals, so in the surroundings of the farm we raise a great variety of them. Chickens, sheep, rabbits, geese... If you cheer up and share this hobby, you can also participate in the tasks of their care and feeding. We also have organic gardens distributed by the farm and fruit trees for sale and own consumption.
