This rural house is located in Maià de Montcal, in the province of Gerona.

It is a typical Catalan Masía, recently restored, although it retains some of its ancient elements and is adapted to current comforts.

The accommodation, with the capacity to accommodate 8 guests, is composed of:

• A dining room with cobbled walls, equipped with a sofa, 2 armchairs, television and a wide dining table with capacity for 8 people.

• A complete kitchen equipped with all appliances, including oven, so that guests can prepare their best recipes without any inconvenience.

• 4 bedrooms double, 3 of them with a marriage bed and the third with bunk beds for 2 seats. Have lovely cobbled walls and others in pastel tones, cabinets, beautiful design headboards and tables with lamps.

• 2 bathrooms complete, one with shower and one with bathtub, towels, hair dryer and body hygiene products.

• a toilet.

• A receiver that can be used as a living room or games, since in the house there is a collection of board games.

The stays of the house are equipped with heating and free wifi.

The exterior of the house has a wonderful pool, equipped with hammocks.

In the garden we also find an area with a barbecue of stone, outdoor furniture to enjoy the outdoor meals, an area with swings and a garden.

About 4 km is Besalú, a beautiful villa full of medieval constructions of great beauty, such as:

• The monastery of San Pedro de Besalú, Benedictine building of the 20th century

• The Church of San Vicente, from the 19th century and in which the Romanesque and Gothic styles intermingle.

• The medieval bridge of Besalú, composed of a total of 7 arches.
